I keep seeing glitter eyeliner kits being sold and they look so pretty but I kinda can’t bring myself to spend that money on something I can totally do myself.  So low and behold the DIY glitter eyeliner tutorial!  It’s pretty easy in action but I do a bunch of talking at the start to explain the best techniques t make it work and to also give you guys a budget alternative if you don’t want to buy a glitter base.
