Makeupshayla colourpop round 2 review! I wanted to give this Proceed with caution collection a go today so we have a tutorial and a full collection review and first impression with swatches.

I have been following Shalya for a long time so I was excited to try out this collection that she created with Colourpop. It’s always so cool to see other creators grow and accomplish really cool things. Somehow i missed out on her round 1 collab with them, which isn’t surprising since colourpop releases so many new collections, but this time I wasn’t getting left behind.
