ELF Pop of Glitter Makeup Transformer Gel REVIEW

It’s time for another ELF review and this time it’s actually something super affordable! (which is what I have come to expect from ELF over the years). So today I tried the ELF makeup transformer gel and did a wear test. Let’s see how it goes.

It is definitely something interesting and fun for a drugstore brand, although it doesn’t look as if the product is available in store just yet. I only found it online on ELF’s website.
