Second Jaclyn Hill Morphe palette tutorial! This time I messed up a bunch on filming and used neon! What a time to be alive! I really do like this look though so I hope you guys still enjoy the video. I highly recommend trying the shadows wet if you haven’t already because when you do they are amazing. I know some people weren’t impressed using them dry and thats fine but truly when do you ever use a shimmer shadow dry? I almost never do, that pigment would have to be something else, ya know?
