Glitter tears, studded tears, heart tears, crystal tears…I like adding tears to my makeup. Why? I dunno man I just do. This crystal tears makeup tutorial is basically a simple halo eye and ombre lip that will look awesome on their own but the tears make it super fun and party appropriate. Maybe festival appropriate?
