Ohhh hey whats up mudasuckas! It’s friday faces time, hoorah! The extra exciting part is these makeup looks are coming at you from my new studio/office/makeup room in our house. We finally moved in, theres a ton of room to organize everything, and I’m super excited. The office area looks really cute, but I still have a few fixtures to change out so I’m not gonna show that here just yet. All in due time my little grasshoppers.

So what have I been painting my face with these days? Let’s have a look

Being that it has been as the say hot as baaawwwls out these last few days, I’ve been sticking to winged liner looks with a little embellishment. I find that those types of looks hold up well in the heat without creasing and running and all that undesirable stuff. Also my collection of pinkish-matte-nude lipsticks keeps growing and I’m not sorry. Kat Von D Lovecraft and I have been having a love affair this week and you aint neva gonna tear us apart!

Oh and for the middle section of the liner I mixed MUG utopia pigment with inglot duraline to make a liner with it, but I then patted some of the loose pigment on top as well because I find that when you mix a pigment with a mixing medium it tends to lose a little of its texture. Just a little pigment-as-eyeliner tip for you.

First let’s all take a moment to have a solid laugh at my hair and crooked sunglasses. Send me out to run errands in the heat and I end up looking like a…I don’t even know what but it’s a mess. Look at me, I look exhausted lmfao.

But let’s put that aside to discuss this yellow inner corner. As I applied it I thought there was a solid chance that I would end up looking like I have jaundice but actually I wound up really liking it. It’s a fun way to add a summery pop of color without being over the top. I can only take colorful eyeshadow in small doses on myself. Little pops of color here and there are plenty for me.
