DUUUUUUUPE duuuuUUUuupe DUPE DUPE DUPE DUPE DUPE DUPE! That’s the dupe alarm. I just sounded the dupe alarm. Oh that’s not a thing? It is now, tell your friends.
I found a perfect, dead on Deborah Lippmann Cleopatra In New York dupe. I know I don’t do dupe posts a lot, but when one smacks you right in the face and is literally 1/4 the price, you have to post it. It’s your duty to the people of the internet.
I can’t stop saying dupe and it’s starting to lose it’s meaning. Dupe. . . .dupe?
Deborah Lippmann Cleopatra In New York | Urban Outfitters Luster
Urban Outfitters nail polish in Luster is the same size, the same jelly finish, the same glitter and it’s five dollars instead of twenty! Score!

Are they not identical? It’s crazy. The only even teeny tiny detectable difference is that I think the glitter in Luster might be a tiny, tiny bit more dense than in Cleopatra in New York, but only to a degree that it’s noticeable if you stare at it and examine it for differences. You can literally paint interchanging fingers with each polish and not know the difference.
Personally I prefer the way each of them looks over black polish because I’m not a fan of thick, layered glitter. I think the glitter and the jelly finish have enough dimension with one coat over black, and I also found that they wear longer that way too. I mean, a little longer. Glitter polish always chips pretty quickly though, that’s just how it is.
So if you’ve been searching for a Deborah Lippmann Cleopatra In New York dupe, check out Urban Outfitters. The other glitters are really cool too actually, and they’re 2/$8 so I may have to check out some more of them in the near future 🙂
