Hello Everyone!

So, being that this is my very first post on my very first blog (Unless you count live journal all those years ago…which I do not hahaha) I’m just going to lay it all out there and let you guys know what I want this blog to be about.

I have always been a tiny bit obsessed with makeup, and by “tiny bit” I actually mean a “big fat, giant, huge bit”. I recall buying my first lipstick when I was around 11 years old (It was Clinique Black Honey, which I still love by the way) and it grew and grew from there. Along the way I have gone through TONS of phases and changes in my makeup habits. From my prolonged “glitter/feather lashes/ heavy eyeliner” phase to my “almost nothing but the essentials” phase and everything in between. At this point in my life I have realized that it is actually the one passion that I have always held on to, and I should probably make a career out of it. Which is why I have started a new, and hopefully successful journey towards becoming a professional MUA. It is a slow process, but I will keep all of you posted about that as it grows as well.
The one thing that ties all these phases together is that all of them have taught me at least a little something along the way. Which brings us here, right now, to this blog.

I feel like I have a little arsenal of beauty tips and tricks. Some of you probably know a lot of them already, and maybe some of you can even teach me a thing or two, but I figure why keep this stuff to ourselves? I have days when I think of some little trick that I never did before, and I want to run around and tell all of my friends about it…but a lot of them don’t REALLY care or have much to say about it at all, and they will probably never get anything out of it, so why not let a bunch of strangers out there on the internet in on the action?

The plan is as follows. A few times a week, maybe more, maybe less, I will blog about the latest makeup and beauty related thing on my mind. Maybe a new trick, maybe a fun new trend, some nail art, a makeup look, a review on something, or even a really good dupe I found ( Hint Hint I have one of those lined up for you guys already).

So stay tuned, I think this is going to be a lot of fun!
