After I recorded, edited and uploaded my easy fall tutorial I actually realized that I already featured it in the last installment of FridayFaces…whoops! Obviously that means that I truly do like this though, so you know this tutorial comes from deep down in my heart of hearts.
Can I get real with you guys for a second though? My whole life has been blending together into one big blur. I literally can’t believe that look was posted more than two weeks ago. Ellen used to have a bit about as you get older life goes faster because time is like a roll of toilet paper and it runs out faster the closer you get to the end. I’m starting to think she’s right. I’m nowhere near the end and this shit’s FLYIN’.
Anyway, easy fall tutorial! I chose to do this for you guys because I don’t like repeating techniques all the time and this is a very different application than what I usually do. It’s also really versatile. You can do it in brown, blue, cranberry, gray. Whatever floats your makeup boat, my friend.
As always the still shot from the tutorial as well as the full product list are below followed by allll the other looks I was digging this week…well, two of them. We can be here all day, you guys have things to do too.
Anastasia Foundation Stick | ABH Contour Kit in Light | Kat Von D Thunderstruck Shadow as Highlighter | ABH DipBrow Dark Brown | Becca Mineral Blush Wild Honey |Makeup Geek Shadows in Morocco, Peach Smoothie and Sidekick| Dose of Colors Liquid Lipstick in Cork | Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper | ABH Darkside Gel Liner | House Of Lashes Boudoir Lash
Next look is pretty classic, but I needed to pair this orange lip from Smashbox with a gunmetal colored eye. You know when you just feel a color combination in your soul? That’s how I felt here. The Smashbox liquid lipstick formula is lovely, by the way! If you guys have been contemplating it, they do wear really well and the color range is awesome.
I’ve been so emotionally confused by the weather around here. One day it’s 35 the next day it’s 75. It’s toying with my feelings, but bright orange lipstick works when it’s warm or cool, so this is sorta perfect. I love a versatile color.

Aaaaaaand let me let you guys in a little secret. This next look is the same as the one in the tutorial. I just paired it with a different lip and then added some glitter. Isn’t it cool that you can change such small things and completely change a makeup look? Maybe it’s just because I’m such a makeup nerd but that makes me so giddy.
I wore this just out and about to run errands. Sometimes I wonder if people around here think I’m completely insane for the mount of makeup I wear to just go to the store. Jokes on them, I also went to instagram! I mean…That’s still weird to most people I guess but it does explain why I’m way more done up than most people would be to buy spaghetti squash at Trader Joe’s. Not that I need to explain it to anyone but sometimes the thought does cross my mind.

I hope you guys dug the easy fall tutorial, I have been really digging the way that technique looks on the eye. I’ll be back in a few days with a new trick that I learned and I’m really excited to share it with you all!
