Hello lovelies! I’m back today with some more makeup looks and this time we’re including a video tutorial with the Modern Renaissance Palette. It’s shocking that I haven’t done one of those yet because it’s basically all I’ve used for the last several weeks, yet here we are. It’s versatile, what can I say?
I also think this is a very accessible tutorial because it’s not super complex or difficult to pull off. I mean big wild tutorials are fun and all but at the end of the day how many people will recreate them? Maybe 1, and only if they’re feeling sassy. I’m joking, sorta. But either way, today’s look is wearable.
Here are some still shots of the look and some other favorite looks from the last week or two. Don’t forget to watch the video above too, duh.

I don’t usually do the nude lip with a dark eye look thing but omg I was feelin’ myself so hard wearing this. Why do people think it’s weird to say you were feeling yourself sometimes? I don’t put makeup on because it makes me feel like a turd…I mean hello.
Also for those wondering the Beauty Killer Palette is nice but I’m a tiny bit disappointed in the gold shade. Other than that it’s pretty bomb though, the peachy nude shade is the perfect transition color for fair skin and this black is DELICIOUS.

The last look is a lip art look that got a little weird….don’t they all though? I mean it’s a pretty weird thing to do in general I guess. This one in particular reminds me of some sort of cross between a butterfly wing and an octopus tentacle. You know…the norm.
That’s all for this week, hope you enjoyed the modern renaissance tutorial. If you have looks with that palette please show me! I love seeing them.
